自分自身も首と頭痛に悩まされ病院に通っていた事もあり、治してほしい… 

痛みは本人にしかわからないと実感。 

辛さと根本的な改善のお手伝いをしてあげたい、 

とヨガを通して心のストレスを解放してあげたいという思いでこのサロンを立ち上げました。 

アメリカに短期滞在しヨガを経験、 

更にヨガを教えていた経験と自分の今までのハンド技術をミックスしたオリジナルヨーガを考案。

I’d like to make smile like a sun by massage and yoga.

My massage’s purpose is release a tension and pain and stress .

“Strong press and stretch and release and lymph massage” my skill is all mix.

Of course I have facial care.

We will hope.

Even if we get old , I wanna keep beautiful.

I help to care who can keep naturalness and beauty of the skin origin.

My yoga lesson is teaching self lymph massage will good flow.after that,let’s getting yoga poses.

After massage do yoga can connect deeply our body and breath and mind.and

Can lead relaxation for all body .
